Learn the art of Baby Massage in a safe, calm and nurturing environment. This five week block is suitable from 5 weeks to pre-crawling and teaches parents and caregivers the strokes and routines of baby massage.
Massage is known to help develop and secure the bonds and attachment with your baby, help with discomforts such as constipation, colic and teething. It is also associated with better sleep and weight gain.
